6. 60-DAY HAPPINESS GUARANTEE
Certain qualifying BB Swing Club products are covered by our 60-Day Happiness Guarantee.
Where applicable, the guarantee covers qualifying products that are broken or damaged due to a product defect or normal intended use within the applicable guarantee period.
The guarantee does not cover misuse, abuse, modification, accidents, improper assembly, use outside the intended purpose, or ordinary wear and tear.
Additional terms may apply to individual products.
7. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Our products are designed for sports training and should be used only for their intended purpose.
Users should follow all product instructions and safety recommendations.
When using baseball or softball training equipment:

BB Swing Club is not responsible for injuries or property damage resulting from improper use, misuse, modification, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the product's intended purpose, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
