If your qualifying BB Swing Club training product is broken or damaged due to a product defect or normal intended use within 60 days of purchase, please contact us.
Send us:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo or video showing the problem
Our team will review the request and, where the guarantee applies, provide an appropriate replacement or other resolution.
This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, modification, improper assembly, accidents, use outside the product's intended purpose, or ordinary cosmetic wear and tear.
The 60-Day Happiness Guarantee is separate from any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
